Situated, as we are, in the centre of the country we find that we are surrounded by major players in the training industry. Most of these have residential courses of various durations. An inherent problem with these courses is providing activities for attendees in the long evenings. Our solution to this is to provide cost effective activities from our extensive programme during the summer, then in the winter months (October to March) our “swop option” when attendees play with our activities in the afternoon and then spend the evening on training. The effect is year round utilisation of more hours in a day. Benefits all round.
